Shipping & Delivery
Your personalized product will be shipped directly to you - and will usually arrive at your home within 7-9 working days.
According to DHL, it can take up to 48 hours for the shipment status to be updated. This is quite normal, especially for orders that are shipped on Mondays; they are usually delivered on Wednesday. If the status has not changed by then, please contact our customer service.
We ship all our orders exclusively with DHL so that your delivery arrives quickly, reliably and safely.
Yes, as soon as your order has been dispatched by us, you will receive an e-mail from us with a tracking number and a tracking link.
If you have a new address, please inform us of the new address as soon as possible so that we can change the shipping address before dispatch.
If we have already dispatched the goods, the change is unfortunately no longer possible.
Of course, we are also happy to deliver your order to a DHL packing station within Germany. So you can pick up your parcel flexibly and contactless - whenever it suits you best.
We do not currently offer separate express shipping, as we already use one of the fastest shipping solutions with DHL Warenpost. As a rule, your parcel will reach you within 1-3 working days.
Order
Yes, you can still change your personalisation until 23:59 on the day of your order, just visit your order confirmation page or send us an email.
However, please note that we will have already personalised your product the following day and can only change the engraving in exceptional circumstances.
Orders can be cancelled on the same day until 11:59 p.m. After that time, a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible, as we are already starting with the personalisation. Products without personalisation are of course excluded from this until the final dispatch.
As part of our gift experience guarantee, you can return bracelets and necklaces up to 30 days after receipt and receive your money back.
With the help of our size finder, a size will be recommended to you. Our size guide only serves as an orientation, of course it is your personal feeling that is decisive for optimal wearing comfort.

Our jewelry is made in Germany - more precisely in our manufactory in Hamm (NRW). Every piece of jewelry is created there with great care, high-quality craftsmanship and an eye for detail. This is how we ensure that you receive a product that impresses with its quality and workmanship.
Yes, we use genuine natural leather for our bracelets and pay special attention to the texture as well as the quality of the material.
We use 316L stainless steel for our jewellery. This material is characterised by its durability and water resistance. In addition, 316L stainless steel is hypoallergenic and can be worn and given away safely.
Yes, this is possible, just book a size adjustment. For some of our bracelets, we already include a suitable extension piece so that you can easily adjust the size if necessary. If you are unsure which model is suitable, our customer service team will be happy to help you.
Yes, in the case of any size adjustments for bracelets, our cost price will be charged.
Yes, you can always order our beads, rings or pendants to go with your piece of jewellery here.
Our products are only partially waterproof. Pieces of jewelry made entirely of stainless steel, such as our rings or cufflinks, are 100% waterproof and can be worn without hesitation when showering or washing your hands. For bracelets, however, we often use genuine leather, which should not come into permanent contact with water in order to maintain its quality and appearance in the long term.
